Prepare for online testing
What are online tests?
Online tests are a major part of most top employers’ recruitment processes. They’re designed to assess one of three key areas: your personality, your behaviour and your technical ability. Together, these qualities form a picture of you as a potential employee. You will need to meet the organisation’s benchmarks in order to progress to the next stage of the recruitment process. The key to success? Practice, practice and more practice!
Deakin students and alumni have access to a range of practice tests used by employers. All assessments include answers and worked solutions. They also provide feedback on your performance in the form of a dashboard, which can help you improve your result and compare it to others.
