Career mentoring
What is career mentoring?
Career Mentoring runs for 8 weeks, and is offered in Trimester 1 and 2. There is flexibility to book your weekly sessions with your mentor around your other study and work commitments.

You will receive personalised coaching and mentoring to develop the knowledge and skills required to actively seek employment.
Professional development
Participate in weekly sessions that cover essential professional skills. Learn how to effectively market yourself, navigate the hidden job market and build a professional network.
One-on-one mentoring
Receive personalised guidance from your mentor to help you refine your job search strategies, practise interview techniques and develop the right mindset for career success.
Confidence building
Boost your career confidence through constructive feedback and encouragement with your job search.
Goal setting
Learn how to set realistic and achievable career goals.
Eligibility
- Demonstrated interest in improving your career prospects and be actively seeking employment.
- Able to commit to the program schedule and actively participate in professional development sessions and weekly meetings with your mentor.
Places in the program are limited and preference will be given to students who have already graduated and been proactive in their job search.
