Career mentoring

What is career mentoring?

Are you a final year student or a recent graduate struggling to break in the job market? Our career mentoring program is designed specifically for you. We understand the challenges you face and are here to support you every step of the way.

Career mentoring runs for 10 weeks and is offered in Trimester 1 and 2. Group sessions are held online in the evenings to fit around your studies and work commitments. You can also book your individual mentoring sessions to suit your schedule.

Confidence building

Boost your career confidence through constructive feedback and encouragement with your job search. 

Goal setting

Learn how to set realistic and achievable career goals.

Eligibility

Our career mentoring program is open to students in their final trimester of study or who have recently graduated. You must also have:

  • Demonstrated interest in improving your career prospects and be actively seeking employment.
  • Able to commit to the program schedule and actively participate in professional development sessions and weekly meetings with your mentor.

Places in the program are limited and preference will be given to students who have already graduated and been proactive in their job search.
